Project Based Job announcement for Consultant at Balasore(Odisha) for Augmenting Farm Productivity              

NABCONS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NABARD (Fully owned by Govt. of India and Reserve Bank of India), is providing consultancy services to NABARD for Augmenting Farm Productivity in Balasore district (Odisha). The operational responsibility of the programme implementation rests with the Programme Management Unit (PMU), at Balasore (Odisha). NABCONS invites applications from suitable candidates for the post of Junior Consultant (Agronomy) on contract basis for being posted in PMU.

The candidate should have preferably a minimum of 2 years of relevant field experience. The candidates should also have good communication skills in English and local language (Odiya), basic knowledge about computers and willingness to travel in remote villages and social skills/proven ability to work with rural communities.

The Consultant will be based at the Balasore. The contract will be for 18 months or till the expiry of the project (whichever is earlier) based on satisfactory performance reviewed on a half-yearly/yearly basis. The remuneration will be decided based on experience and qualification.
