JOB DESCRIPTION

Title: Zonal Manager (3 positions)

Division/Department: Program

Location: Delhi\Bangalore\Bhubaneshwar

Reporting Relationship: Head of Program Implementation

SUMMARY


The Zonal Program Manager is responsible for overall management of the zonal office of ChildFund India providing support and supervision to a cluster of approximatedly 15 to 20 NGO partners spread across multiple States. As the Head of the designated Zone, the Zonal Manager will be responsible to lead a team of professionals to ensure program are delivered with quality in accordance with established systems and procedures. The Zonal Manager will be responsible for all operations and partnership management of ChildFund India in the defined geographical location.
