Project Brief :
Swasthya Slate, a
mobile device that aims to provide affordable healthcare to rural India.
Swasthya Slate is a Bluetooth-enabled kit that performs 33 basic health checks
– body temperature, blood pressure etc. Operated by Frontline Health Workers,
these tests are provided to patients at a cost of just Rs. 85.
Through a number of mobile application that are integrated in the system, it is able to record a patient’s medical history, basic medical indicators and even offer on-the-spot diagnosis on the basis of the information gathered. Unlike other mobile diagnostic units, the Swasthya Slate’s USP lies in the telemedicine, Electronic Medical Reports and innovative mobile applications for education and support of the frontline health workers.

Job Description / Responsibilities :
- The Office Manager is responsible organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Maintain office equipment Typing up minutes
- Organising calendar of Principal Investigator
- Fielding calls
- Managing junior office staff
- Organising travel arrangements,
- Ensure all the bills paid on time
- Plan and implement office systems, layout and equipment procurement
- Maintain and replenish inventory
- Check stock to determine inventory levels
- Anticipate needed supplies
- Verify receipt of supply
- Any other task as and when assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications / Experience and skills required
- Graduate in any stream,
- Should be well-versed with MS Office applications (Power point, excel, word),
- Experience 2-3 years of administrative work
- Should have knowledge of some 3D programs, Adobe creative cloud
- Effective Communication skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in cross cultural teams
- Ability to make logical decisions and ensure transparency
