MSIndia involves interpersonal communication, below-the-line communication activities including mass media for the promotion of its services.

JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job
Summary:
The position shall
report to the Country Director and have responsibility for
providing support in Communication, Market research and proposal development as
required.
Key
Responsibilities:
(1) Support Country
Director in Communication, Market research and proposal development as
required.
(2) Support CD & Directors create donor reports and ensures compliance with MSI standards and donor requirements
(3) Support development & Management reporting templates- collection, monitoring, analysis and innovative reporting, including exception reporting
(4) Works closely with Director- Finance and State Program Managers, Monitoring & Evaluation function in ensuring integrity and consistency of data ( Roles 1 , 2 , 3 & 4 - 70% of time)
(5) Supports Operations & other Directors ( about 20 % of time) in developing and maintaining an Operational data base
(6) Works closely with Marketing and Is responsible for all corporate communication including internal and external Open Door ( 10% of time)
(7) Supports CD&ET in External Relations and Partnership building and may represent MSI at External forums.
(9) Assists CD&ET in convening and organizing meetings/consultations, coordinating the meetings and follow up.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualification:
(1) Post Graduate in
Administration/ Public Health and/ or equivalent, preference will be given to
the candidate form public health background and education.
Experience:
(1) 5-6 years of
experience preferably in consulting, market research, data management
companies. Experience in fundraising , donor reporting and business development
is desirable
Skills
and Competencies:
(1) Must be full of
energy, creativity, willingness to travel, and complete assignments against
tight deadlines
(2) Must have very good English writing skills – especially proposal writing
(3) Knowledge of Internet, social media and power points skills are essential;
(4) Can work independently without any reports, but will actively seek and receive support and help from colleagues

COMPENSATION OFFERED:
Gross compensation for
the position shall be attractive. The offer made to the selected candidate
shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience and salary history.
