MAMTA Health Institute for Mother and Child (MHIMC) is an internationally recognized, national level NGO, established in December 1990 at New Delhi, India. 3. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Essential Requirements

• 6-8 years progressive experience in the Health sector including demonstrated ability in program/project management in the area of Sexual Reproductive Health (especially for youth)
• Understanding of programme and policies and it implication in a gender and rights based approaches
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills 
• Experience project data management with monitoring, evaluation and documentation skills is essential 
• Willingness to travel as per requirement

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate project implementation at district and assist the district team in preparation of district specific work plan, training and carry out advocacy with different level of functionaries.
• Overall coordination of the assigned project/task.
• Coordination with stakeholders especially at district level 
• Partnership development and management.
• Provide technical support on SRH to other division of the organization 
• Monitor overall planning within agreed timelines and ensure deliverables as committed
• Support the Assistant Director in drafting project reports, documents related to project implementation and in supervision of project team members (PMs , POs)
• Support Assistant Director and Senior Team members in development of project proposals 
• Responsible for regular Technical Support Visits corresponding to the project strategy/activity.
