Scope of Position:

The Profile activities involve identifying, developing, designing and planning various initiatives for clients(NGO’s, CSO’s, Trust’s, Corporations, Multilaterals etc.) with regard to implementation, management and mobilization of resources. Should have in depth knowledge of the sector and should have experience in engaging & laisoning with Companies - Public & private ,Bi laterals & Multilateral,etc.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for Concept Design and its Implementation.
• Responsible for secondary and primary research/need assessment, proposal drafting, editing, coordinating with clients
• Costing and budgeting of the program
• Understanding the clients requirements, analyzing secondary & Primary data
• Donor Research, mapping,  propose potential opportunities of engagements and converting them to possible leads.
• Coordination with respective departments on the project development status.
• Prepare regular report on the activities performed and submit to Reporting Line.
• Attending meetings, giving presentation & undertake field visits as and when required. Developing or suggesting strategies and alternative feasible solutions for the process.
• Participate in conference/workshop /conference/seminar & submit report on the same.
• Work on innovative ideas/formats and concepts while developing concepts.

Desired Candidate Profile: 

• Development sector professional with experience of 2+ years in the development sector
• Should have in depth knowledge of the sector & its working
• Should be fully versed in program management, capacity evaluation, facilitation and the drafting of project proposals for influential donors.
• Should have good communication & Presentation Skill   
• Must be comfortable to travel
