1. POSITION VACANT: Discovery and Engagement Manager (DEM), AddressHealth, New Delhi/NCR (Multiple Vacancies)

2. ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND:

AddressHealth Solutions India Pvt Ltd. (AddressHealth) is a pioneer, for-profit, service provider in pediatric primary healthcare, founded in 2010, with the vision of making the pediatric primary care continuum possible.

AddressHealth provides a range of school health services designed by a team of Pediatricians, Public Health Experts, Child Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nutritionists and other Health Professionals. Services include, Health Checkup and Screening, Medical Room/ Tele-infirmary, Mental Health Services and Health Education with workbooks. The services are already being delivered to more than 200,000 children in approximately 150 schools in Bangalore and Hyderabad. These numbers are expected to increase exponentially, in the near future, as the organization expands into NCR and other parts of India.

AddressHealth also runs child specialty clinics located in growing parts of the city, in or nearby schools, offering comprehensive and high quality pediatric primary health care to children in each community.

3. PURPOSE OF THE POST:

The Discovery and Engagement Manager (DEM), School Health Program shall be responsible for interlinking between AddressHealth and schools and preschools in Delhi/ NCR. The incumbent shall specifically target schools/ preschools, build rapport and meet with them and convince them to subscribe to appropriate offerings under AddressHealth’s School Health Program. S/he shall also represent the AddressHealth to various schools in Delhi/ NCR. 

4. JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(1) Develop and maintain professional relationships with school authorities and/or senior management, empowered to take decisions about subscribing to AddressHealth’s school health offerings;
(2) Inform school management about the concept of school health and persuade them to subscribe to AddressHealth’s comprehensive preventive School Health Program;
(3) Coordinate with AddressHealth resources and counterpart personnel, to ensure proper, on-time, execution of all activities of the School Health Program.

5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualification and Experience: 
(1) Applicants must have a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS).
(2) At least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in sales and marketing roles, involving the presentation of concepts, ideas and strategies. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
(3) Possession of a valid driver’s license for a two-wheeler;
(4) Familiarity with Delhi/ NCR, including knowledge of different localities, shall be helpful.

Skills and Competencies:
(1) Good interpersonal communication with persuasive skills;
(2) Candidates must be fluent in spoken and written English and Hindi;
(3) Ability to obtaining new school accounts and creating new opportunities;
(4) Commitment to the cause of children’s health and increased awareness in the community;
(5) Ability to adapt and take on new tasks;
(6) Ability to hard work, flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel will be appreciated

6. COMPENSATION OFFERED:

Gross compensation budgeted for the position is Rs. 20,000/- per month.

[Notes: (a) Subsistence, Mobility and Contingency support shall be separately provided to DEMs, to address field travel and related costs incurred by them; (b) Working hours shall correspond to those of schools, allowing DEMs to practice clinically during the evenings].
