UNICEF, the world’s leading children’s rights organization working for the rights of children, seeks a temporary appointment for the post of WASH Specialist.

PURPOSE OF THE POST

Under the supervision of Chief, Field office, WASH Specialist will be working in collaboration with other programme sector, namely Education, Health, Child Development & Nutrition Specialist of UNICEF Gandhinagar and with the State Government, District Administration NGOs, communities and their representative, the Staff Member (SM) will be responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring of the sanitation, hygiene behaviour and water supply components of the WASH Programme in Gujarat for the period of three months.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
