JOB SUMMARY:

The Clinical Trainer will be responsible for structured on-the-job / onsite as well as offsite training to doctors, nurses and ANMs on clinical family planning methods. The trainers will travel to project-selected facilities to provide onsite as well as designated training centers. They will also provide training follow-up and individualized support to the providers. Each Clinical Trainer Team will be responsible as per assigned territory.
