POSITION PURPOSE

The Assistant Director- Finance & Controlling:
• Provide support to the Dy. Director – Finance & Controlling to look after finance related issues
• Under the guidance of Dy. Director – Finance & Controlling support the National Associations and Continental Office- Asia to adhere to the Finance guidelines

JOB PROFILE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Do Monitoring & Evaluation of financial and accounting information for select national associations
• Coordinate with select National Associations
• Conduct internal audit as and when required
• Contributes to the development of finance department
• Proactively advocates the finance guidelines & its implementation
• Provide support to Dy. Director- Finance & Controlling on finance related initiatives at national level

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Master’s Degree in finance/accounts or Chartered Accountancy/Cost Accountancy. 
• Should have minimum post qualification (Master’s or CA) experience of 5 - 6 years in accounts & finance. Experience in Non-profit organisation will be preferred (Minimum of 3 years)
• Good knowledge of FCRA & some working knowledge of RBI Guidelines
• Should possess knowledge of Financial & Compliance regulations
• Should have skills to read Audited financial statements
• Ability to work in multicultural & multi-linguistic environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English. 
• High interpersonal skills
• Team oriented
• Good computer skills 
• Willing to travel National & International as and when required
