Accountant for Global Fund R9 TB Project (Project Axshya) - GLRA-India



Qualification

• Finance graduate, preferably M.Com, with at least 3 years’ of experience
• Candidate should have working knowledge of accounts.
• Must be competent of MS Office, Internet and Tally ERP 9.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the program manager and Finance & Admin Officer in development & stream-lining of project budget.
• Responsible for cost controlling and monitoring of the project expenses.
• Responsible for appropriate accounting, budget control, bank reconciliation, and other accounting documents as & when necessary as per the accounting procedures.
• Effective and timely fund disbursement to all Sub-Sub Recipient (SSR) grantees of GFATM, Zonal Coordinators of the districts as per agreement and budget.
• Ensure funds are used appropriately according to the approved budget.
• Compilation and analysis of financial information & preparation of financial reports and statements to the funding agencies within the stipulated period.
• Monitor and review accounting related systems & reports for accuracy and completeness and submission of reports on time.
