SAMS is helping FIND India recruit Data Entry Operator (DEO)
based at STDC Bangalore,
Karnataka.
The incumbent will be responsible for reporting administratively, on a day-to-day basisto the Director and Head of the concerned TB Lab and functionally be under the direct supervision of the TB Lab-in-Charge and assisting the the Lab-in-Charge in data management, analysis, recording and reporting, including the maintenance of lab MIS.
Applicant must be XII pass with a Diploma/ Certificate (minimum six months duration) in Computer Applications from a reputed institute with one year’s prior experience of data entry and data management shall be given preference.

He/ she will consolidate, monitor progress achieved against pre-decided indicators pertaining to CRY objectives as part of CRY's M & E system. He/ she will generate disaggregated reports as required for various purposes. He/ She will have to liaise with internal and external stakeholders for data acquisition and will be the regional hub for all information related to impact.
Key responsibilities:
1. Maintain the regional data based on Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) by following up with partners on data collected by them regarding MEAL
2. Generate reports from the MEAL, provide a disaggregated analysis of the data in terms of theme, state, age, gender, community etc.
3. Be the focal point for any data related to MEAL in the region for the queries from any other functions within CRY.
4. Provide periodic feedback to partners on the quality of data collected, timeliness of data collected as per MEAL guidelines.
