The Need
International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking Zone Heads to carry out the responsibilities listed below for National Interventions Program run from IJM Delhi office. The qualified candidate must have proven relationship management skills, proven leadership abilities, demonstrable knowledge of bonded labour casework including information gathering, documenting facts, and developing comprehensive aftercare strategies for victims of forced labour. The Zone head is to lead and guide a network of NGOs in their respective Zones (that consist of multiple States) to successfully involve in rescue and rehabilitation of Bonded Labourers and prosecution of perpetrators by engaging respective state authorities.

Responsibilities
• Identify NGOs in the Zone that allies with IJM’s approach of making public system work; conduct due-diligence of their capability; assess their interest to partnership, propose partnership and develop relationship;

The Need
IJM is seeking a professional advocate to manage and litigate an active caseload of criminal cases throughout India. The successful candidate will research and write extensively on issues of procedure, evidence and substantive law, and train partners and other power actors on the Bonded Labour Act and Acts relevant to the work of IJM across the country. The position is based out of IJM Delhi Office and requires significant travel throughout India. 

Responsibilities
• Fully understand the laws and procedures related to Bonded Labour Abolition, Prevention of Trafficking, Prevention of atrocities against SC/ST , Inter-State Migration, Minimum Wages and other related ones; 
• Advice NGO partners on litigation strategies for each case;
• Lead the case, appear in courts and argue where required;

• Manage multiple cases in various jurisdictions simultaneously;

The postholder will  lead on  developing a robust and comprehensive Communications Strategy for the TESS-India project, working closely with the TESS-India Directorate and Open University Marcomms Specialist and will be responsible for identifying the most effective means of communication and media for the disparate project stakeholders and subsequently leads the TESS- India team in ensuring consistent and effective messaging and communication.

Position Title, Code : City Head-Fundraising

Location : NEW DELHI 

Key Responsibilites : 

• Responsible for managing a team of fundraisers working on donor acquisition and retentions.

• Responsible for managing individual donor acquisition & retention strategy across city, and for monitoring and its progress toward monthly acquisition and retention targets.

• Must be able to build new, and strengthen the existing relationships with key donors, build fund-raising capacity of fundraising team and inducting new staff for fundraising 

• Use existing donor database and create bonding / trust with the donors.

• Motivating the team to improve contact with donors to introduce new product like trusts and wills.

• Hold weekly meetings; discuss task delegation and review issues

• In conjunction with Line Manager set quarterly & yearly targets and objectives

• Assist in the retention of team members

• Weekly work plan to line manager

• MIS report on weekly basis to line manager
