Position - Senior/Manager, HR and Administration

Skills and competence in HR

• Good understanding of development sector
• Specific competencies in :
o Recruitment processes, 
o Staff Benefits and Records Maintenance,
o Salary packages, review, etc
o Skills and competency mapping of staff and chalk out career development,
o Appraisal system and performance management,
o Capacity building needs assessment,
o Supporting the Programme Management Unit, Admin and Management areas of the organisation,

Required Administrative functions

• Manage the smooth day-to-day running of the office & a Training Center.
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of office facilities, equipment and vehicles
• Ensure that all legal requirements are met for ownership of office vehicles and assets. 
• Contract management – issuing contracts to all agencies and maintaining records of all signed contracts, Prepare contracts for executing specific assignments with external agencies and individuals
• Coordinate and/or facilitate arrangements for travel, meetings, conferences and training workshops, including local transportation.
• Supervise and arrange for capacity building of other Admin and logistic team.

We would prefer if you have:

• A post graduate degree in Human Resource
• A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience, preferably development sector.
• Experience in managing accounts.
• Strong communication and writing skills in Hindi and English
• Skill to use of MS Word/ XL/Power point and knowledge of Tally preferred.

The salary will be in the range of 4.0 lakh to 5.5 lakh per annum CTC. The salary is negotiable on grounds of academic qualifications and work experience.
