Description:

The Head – Learning and Development will prepare learning and development plans to develop capabilities, skills and competencies of the Bright Future team to create a sustainable and successful organization.
The Learning and Development – Head is expected to assess the desired competencies in the team in Bright Future to meet the strategic objectives, based on the desired competencies assess the learning needs of the team, design a blended learning program to meet those needs and design assessments to provide evidence of change and to map progress. The Head is also expected to design new program along with content development, pilot the program, review the pilot, finalise the program and handover the operations team to implement the same.
Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate/Masters in Social Work/Management/Entrepreneurship/Education or any relevant field
  • Good command on English, Hindi and Marathi language and communication skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience of working in the field of Education and/or Livelihood in the area of capacity building of large teams and passionate about helping people learn and grow
  • Prior experience of content development in the domain of life skills and career development for the age group of 13 to 25 years of age and program designing
  • Knowledge and experience of using effective learning and development methods


Compensation: 50,000 /month
