Job Description: Project Manager – Training

Project Manager - Trainings will manage organization’s flagship programs focused on saving accident victims as well as training high risk driver groups on latest accident prevention techniques.

The job responsibilities are as follows:
•       Plan, coordinate and implement high quality training programs on Basic Emergency care and Accident Prevention for police officers, high-risk driver groups and other target audiences across Delhi and other states of India;
•         Build a core of trainers who can be engaged on a voluntary and full-time basis to conduct and expand the training programs across India;
•        Develop an executive business plan to generate revenues from such trainings;
•        Manage relationships with program stakeholders such as hospitals, police departments, companies on a regular basis;
•         Managing a comprehensive engagement & monitoring plan for target groups to ensure maximum impact;
•       Carry other related duties as assigned.

Mission Convergence is a flagship programme of the Delhi Government which seeks to strike the right balance between various government departments, Community Based Organizations and the people by ringing in major reforms in governance for empowerment and upliftment of the vulnerable population of Delhi ensuring the convergence of more than 40 social sector schemes spread across nine departments.

Gender Resource Centres- Suvidha Kendras (GRC-SKs) serve as first point of contact for the community. These structures have been set up by the government in partnership with the civil society organizations (CSOs) to reach out to people and take government programmes to communities

Mission Convergence has engaged ChildFund India as Mother NGOs (MNGOs) to facilitate, guide and supervise the Field NGOs (FNGOs) functioning of GRC-SKs. ChildFund India is responsible for 37 GRC-SKs and 5 Extension Centers located in South, South-West and Central Delhi.

The Need
International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking an Investigations Trainer for the National Interventions Program based out of IJM Delhi office. The Investigations Trainer is responsible for preparing and conducting investigations trainings for government officials and grass root NGOs. Qualified candidates must have good health and strong stamina. 

Responsibilities
• Identify NGOs qualified for bonded labour investigations training
• Assist NGOs in development of a bonded labour investigations team
• Develop and conduct investigations training, including training materials – focused on effective field investigation, right questioning, documentation of legal violations, safety and security etc
• Develop and conduct investigations leadership training, including appropriate training materials – focused on managing investigation team 
• Build centers of excellence for focused areas, such as child labour, migrant labour, etc
• Liaise with state actors, such as Anti-Human Trafficking Units, Police Academy etc; and development of joint working strategies
• Monitor the performance of partner NGOs and mentor them to achieve results 
• Review and update training materials regularly, ensuring alignment with global standards

The project uses evidence-based approaches to design SBCC strategies for HIV/AIDS, TB, MCH and FP/RH that reach to the community level and focus on individual and social change. Through advocacy and other community interventions, vulnerable communities will be empowered to address a variety of health issues, overcoming barriers such as stigma and gender-based discrimination.

Consultant – PHA - NHSRC

Consultant – PHA

The National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC) seeks to recruit Consultant-PHA to extend his/her support to the PHA division of NHSRC. The Consultant will work under the supervision of Sr. Consultant (PHA), NHSRC. 

Responsibilities: 

I. Undertake field visit to assess progress of Skills laboratories for competency based Training 
II. Undertake field visit to assess progress of QA initiatives undertaken by the states
III. Undertake field visit to assess progress of Maternal / Child Death or Near Miss Reviews undertaken by the states
IV. Assist in the collection and development of background materials for publications of the division 
V. Maintain data base of all relevant documents/communications related to allocated work area.
VI. Undertake follow up with stakeholders on the Family Medicine programme 
VII. Any other duties that may be assigned.

Eligibility:

(i) MPH or MD (Community Medicine) or MSc. Nursing (Community Medicine) from a recognized University with 2 years post qualification experience
(ii) Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health / Health Administration with 3 years post qualification experience
(iii) Experience to be relevant as per TOR 

Age Limit:
