JOB DESCRIPTIONS – MNGO Project

Mission Convergence is a flagship programme of the Delhi Government which seeks to strike the right balance between various government departments, Community Based Organizations and the people by ringing in major reforms in governance for empowerment and upliftment of the vulnerable population of Delhi ensuring the convergence of more than 40 social sector schemes spread across nine departments.

Gender Resource Centres- Suvidha Kendras (GRC-SKs) serve as first point of contact for the community. These structures have been set up by the government in partnership with the civil society organizations (CSOs) to reach out to people and take government programmes to communities

Mission Convergence has engaged ChildFund India as Mother NGOs (MNGOs) to facilitate, guide and supervise the Field NGOs (FNGOs) functioning of GRC-SKs. ChildFund India is responsible for 37 GRC-SKs and 5 Extension Centers located in South, South-West and Central Delhi.

Post: Training and Documentation Officers
Reports to: Project Manager

Location:  Delhi

Qualification Requirement:Masters in Social Science with the experience of 3 - 5 years in organizing trainings with skills of Process  Documentation

Roles and Responsibilities:Overall responsibility of training and documentation of the project
Identifying necessary areas of capacity building
Training Management and over all Documentation of the project.
