Skills required for the job

Duration of experience matters less, depth of work matters more. If you have done really challenging work for just one year (and can show that), we will be happy to pick you than someone who has done routine work for 5 years.

Sound knowledge of how Google works: You should be conversant with Content strategies, Keyword Strategies, Search Strategies etc. that makes Google fall in love with sites.

Social Media Expertise: You should appreciate and understand the dynamics of Social Media & how they can be tapped for our organizational objectives.

Competitor analysis:  You are expected to have some sound knowledge of tools & techniques to keep yourself abreast with competitor moves.

Results person: Talk of numbers, talk of results – we will love that.

Qualification: Candidates with sound academic background. Preferably a Science graduate and a Master’s degree with content & digital marketing experience.
