Request for Quotations (RFQ) Notice
for
Hiring of Vehicle Providing Agency Services in Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, M.P. and Odisha
1. Strategic Alliance Management Services Pvt. Ltd. (SAMS) has signed a Long Term Agreement (LTA) with International Development Agency, New Delhi for ‘Provision of Technical Assistance towards Financial, Human Resources & Logistics Management in Bihar Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, M.P. and Odisha.
2. In order to support implementation of Project, SAMS has appointed Technical Consultants in each of the five States. The implementation of Project requires need based travel by Technical Consultants within and outside base station. The number of Technical Consultants in each of the 5 States is as under. The consultants are based in State Capital and district headquarters. The number of Technical Consultants may vary during implementation of Project.

3. SAMS hereby invites bids from Vehicle Providing Agencies for provision of Vehicles to Technical Consultants for an initial period of one year in each of the 5 States.
4. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) Document for each of the 5 States can be downloaded from the website www.sams.co.in from April 13, 2017.
5. The eligible and qualified bidders (as per criteria given in RFQ Document) are invited to submit their bids (technical and Financial) through e-mail at consult@sams.co.in latest up to 3:00 PM on April 28, 2017.
6. The technical bids shall be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM. The bidders evaluated as technically qualified shall be considered for opening of their financial bids at later date.
