Position : Admin Officer / Secretary / Executive Assistant / Consultant

Location: Delhi

Supervisor: Office Manager

Hiring date: Immediate

Roles & Responsibilities
• Format power point, word, excel, and other documents etc. Coral draw would also be very useful
• Obtain quotes from printers and collect print requirements from the cities, 
• Prepare PR PO and distribution of print material to the cities as requested.
• Review Vendor bills to ensure correctness.
• Photocopy and scan documents as needed.
• Organize meetings through phone or emails as and when requested.
• File and organize papers 
• Oversee housekeeping, prepare housekeeping checklists
• Check purchases & ensure proper utilization of supplies.
• Identify vendors, obtain and evaluate quotes, negotiate prices, prepare purchase orders and
• Maintain stock, asset, and inventory registers scrutinize and process bills for payment.
• Raise vouchers/approvals for settlement.
• Follow up on issuance of checks 
• Other administrative, secretarial, and executive management tasks as required

Desired qualifications and attributes

• Smart, motivated, and hard working
• Graduate with good with written English
• Good Computer skills – word, excel, power point; (coral draw is desirable)
• Organized, efficient, proactive
