Job Description:

The Program Manager – Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, securing and fostering relationships with NGOs, trusts and smaller foundations at the grass root level in specific locations of the programs doing differentiated and impactful work in the area of child welfare. S/he would work on the initiatives under Programs vertical with an objective to manage and enhance existing relationships, build new relationships by identifying and packaging partnership opportunities.  

The role includes the following responsibilities:

Strategy: Develop and implement a robust annual Partnerships Plan in collaboration with the senior management team regarding goals and strategies for identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of current and prospective partners

Relationship Management: Implementing the devised partnership strategy and continuously reviewing the effectiveness of planned strategy and identifying, securing and fostering new partnership opportunities across nation with specific NGOs, trusts and/or foundations

Qualification: Graduation from institute/university of repute; Post-Graduate, preferably an MBA in Marketing or Communications preferred.

Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in securing and managing corporate/NGO partnerships in the community sector.
