Job Description:

The Program Manager - Operations role will be responsible for execution and implementation of the programs across India to bring about positive changes in the areas of child welfare. The role holder will be expected to ensure expansion of all aspects of an ongoing program at the grassroots level.

The role holder will also be required to strategize the operations of the program effectively, identifying and assessing territory, overseeing the planning, implementation, execution and evaluation of the program; overseeing the day-to-day administration of the facilities at project location, working with the Program Manager & Director to prepare a comprehensive budgets for operations. 

Coordination and Relations: Work closely with the Manager Programs and other team members in designing and implementing the project as well as promoting further collaboration in community development sectors to ensure that they have shared common focus, working together to obtain the designed goals of the program. Maintaining good relations with resource persons, agencies and other non-profits in the region for continued support as well as collaboration and knowledge sharing for the development of more programs and sustainability of existing ones. 

The role holder must have atleast 7 years relevant work experience in child welfare, and/or Community development along with professional experience of working in a global NGO, foundation or business with an excellent knowledge and understanding of children issues and grassroot's situation.

Professional experience running or working in public campaigns and advocacy efforts; creative agency experience will be preferred.

Qualification: Postgraduate/Graduate from a reputed institute
