Job Description:

The Program Manager Campaign would be responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing all the aspects of campaign to promote zero tolerance for violence against children and provide moral and intellectual thought leadership for protecion of children from violence. The role also includes day-to-day operations, creating and managing campaign budgets, working along with external stakeholders and collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure that the campaign is a success.  

The role includes the following responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy: Design and deliver the campaign to become aware, sensitized and compassionate about the rights of children in India aligned with the global strategy set by the Global Chairman’s office and develop a network of strategic partners to participate in the campaign from governments, schools, universities, NGOs, Foundations, UN agencies.

Campaign Management: Manage the campaign in line with the budgets and ensure legal and regulatory compliance

Marketing and Communications: Identify and manage all the tools and work with various teams internally

Qualification: Post-Graduate, preferably an MBA in Marketing or event management.

Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in organizing campaign conclaves, conferences and/or events for government, institutions or corporates
