ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Reporting
to the Human Resource and Administration Director, the Administration Officer
is responsible for providing administrative coordination for the national
office to include, office services, internal communications, transport
management and asset management
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facility administration including property/lease agreement management, ground maintenance, office space allocation and bills payment administration
- Develop and maintain NO records management and retention procedures
- Manage all administrative service contracts and building repairs and maintenance
- Maintain and update a comprehensive inventory of ChildFund’s assets
- Oversee the disposal of inventory items according to ChildFund’s policy and procedures
- Oversee transport and ensure repair, maintenance and insurance of ChildFund’s vehicles
