WORK CONTEXT /
BACKGROUND:
The Global Fund TB
Project, implemented by World Vision India and its partners, aims to contribute
to the efforts of RNTCP to reduce TB related morbidity and mortality, and to
accelerate progress towards achieving the Global Stop TB Strategy 2006-2015 targets
and with new funding model the interventions to continue till end
of 2017 and the relevant Millennium Development Goals, by working at the
national level, and in 74 districts across 7 states by engaging and empowering
communities for a greater role in TB control and care through improved
knowledge, changed attitudes and participation, by improving access to and
utilization of TB diagnosis and treatment through engagement of the private
health sector and by addressing emerging challenges of MDR TB and TB-HIV co
infection.
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Monitor and support
the financial aspects at State and local levels, for the project that covers 74
districts
across seven states,
and works with six national & international NGOs as sub Recipients,
ensuring
compliance with donor
requirement at every level.

Ø Ensure everything on timely and accuracy
basis as per the policy set by

Ensure timely cash flow to the project
between No/& Project coordination. Prepare and generate monthly
Financial reports/Special Reports. Disbursement of Funds to SR’s.
