Summary
As a member of the Program Operations & Support Team, the position will be responsible for looking after all Operational Support needs of the Areas in the capacities of Human Resources and Society board general Administration.  The position-holder will also assist the CEO on Society board activities.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Human Resources (50%)
·         Centrally Coordinate all HR processes for the Area /Field Units and act as liaison to the field teams for all HR issues be the single point contact for all field level HR issues including staff recruitment, training
·         Visit Areas for Recruitment
·         In consultation with the HR Manager, coordinate administrative aspects of hiring and transfer of employees and consultants; also facilitate staff departure and termination processes at the field level
·         Proactively identifies issues, develops solutions and involves the appropriate resources, as needed, to ensure a fair, positive and timely response.
Trainings (25%)
·         Designs and develops training based on the individual's needs
·         Devises individual learning plans; producing training materials for in-house courses
·         Manages the delivery of training and development programs
·         Facilitates implementation and feedback on specific training initiatives and channel them to the HRM to address any gaps / areas of improvement
Admin and Governance (25%)
·         Assist the CEO on Society board activities
·         Coordinate all governance, legal and statutory requirements of ChildFund India Society
·         Coordinate Board activities, especially Governing Council meetings & Annual General Meetings
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
·         Post Graduate Professional degree in HR such as MBA/PGDM etc.
·         5 years of experience in Human Resources Function
·         Experience of working within a non profit
·         Experience in general management
COMPETENCIES:
·         Strong communication skills (oral & written)
·         Ability to build relationships with line/program managers
·         Knowledge of organizational functions & approaches
·         Excellent computer skills
·         Strong interpersonal skills
·         Ability to work under pressure and do multiple tasks
