POSITION PURPOSE: 
PSI is implementing a Condom Social Marketing program funded by NACO in the 6 states in India. The program is focused towards increasing consistent use of condoms among men with the non-regular sexual partners, during commercial sex encounters and to prevent unwanted pregnancies among married couples. It is proposed that the program increase the accessibility and availability of condoms at the retail outlets in rural and urban areas by placing condoms and to create demand for condoms through professional and trained communication team organizing communication activities to create awareness and demand for condoms. 

An experienced professional is sought to ensure that the Management Information Systems data collected from the program staff gets inputted in to the Donor as well as PSI’s Internal MIS Systems in a timely manner and is inputted accurately. The relevant data/analytical reports are generated for internal and external audiences in a timely manner to monitor program activities and further to ensure overall efficiency and effectiveness of the program with specific focus on the donor reporting and tracking of program objectives of Increasing condom use & demand creation.

A. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• The Manager MIS will ensure the program's ability to regularly gather and utilize information on its anticipated results. 
• Presenting the findings from the MIS data and program progress to the program teams.
• Manage the timely input of data at all state offices and to ensure the accuracy of data.
• Coordination with the state MIS and program teams on all MIS issues and to provide the MIS data feedback to the state teams.
• Validation of data entered in SMO system on regular basis and to incorporate corrective measures as and when errors are identified. 
• Prepare and maintain necessary MIS reports to meet program needs. 
• Coordination with the NACO TSG MIS Staff on all SMO System related matters.
• Training of state MIS Staff for effective use of MIS systems.
• Producing weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports as per the program deadlines 
• Producing customized reports as and when required to the program staff.
• Provide all data analysis support to the program staff.
• Ensure data integrity in OMS & synchronization between OMS and SMO web based system. 
• Manage and maintain project states Database backups and related MIS data.

B. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Post graduate in any stream
• At least 5- 7years’ professional experience in maintaining and managing management information systems
• Experience in relational database management systems
• Knowledge of data analysis tools like SPSS, Epi-info, STATA will be an added advantage
