POSITION PURPOSE: 
PSI is implementing a Condom Social Marketing program funded by NACO in the 6 states in India. The program is focused towards increasing consistent use of condoms among men with the non-regular sexual partners, during commercial sex encounters and to prevent unwanted pregnancies among married couples. It is proposed that the program increase the accessibility and availability of condoms at the retail outlets in rural and urban areas by placing condoms and to create demand for condoms through professional and trained communication team organizing communication activities to create awareness and demand for condoms.
An experienced professional is sought to ensure that the Management Information Systems data collected from the program staff gets inputted in to the Donor as well as PSI’s Internal MIS Systems in a timely manner and is inputted accurately. 

A. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Ensure timely completion of data entry of Sales & Communication data pertaining to NACO-CSM project in the state in Database Management System (NACO’s Online MIS & PSI internal OMS). 
• Ensure validation of data entered in Database Management system on regular basis and incorporate corrective measures as and when errors identified. 
• Ensure feedback on the MIS data quality to the field staff and share the findings with state program manager and MIS Manager. 
• Provide the MIS reports to field/ state program manager 
• Ensure smooth operations of MIS in the state
• Impart training to new users
• Provide necessary MIS support to sales staff
• Provide relevant data/information to HO team as per timelines
• Provide continuous feedback on system & procedures to HO team
• Impart regular training and handholding support to Data Entry Operators.
• Adhere to all reporting systems and generate MIS reports and share it with MIS Manger as per to the schedule & deadline.
• Coordinate with MIS Manager for smooth functioning of Information Systems.
• Preparation of reports & making presentation on the progress of program at state level.

B. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Graduate with 3-5 years of work experience in maintaining and managing management information systems OR Post Graduate with 1-3 of work experience in maintaining and managing management information systems.
• Candidates with relevant work experience in both commercial and development sectors with 
• Experience in database management systems.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools like SPSS, Epi-info, STATA will be an added advantage.
