Fiinovation (Innovative Financial Advisors Pvt. Ltd.), is a research based private limited company operating in India. Over the last seven years, it has emerged as an integrated solution enabler in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability domain.

The overall objectives of the assignment is to:

• Engage with donors, corporations, mutilaterals and bi-laterals, business houses/HNIs, funding agencies, Government  and PSU's for their CSR/philanthropic initiatives
• Mobilize resources for the social interventions/projects in the four thematic areas of Health, Education, Environment and Livelihood

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Research, donor mapping, donor engagement and submitting project proposals for a project.
• Developing and executing a plan of action based on clients' requirement as per the timelines post approval.
• Resource mobilization of projects developed by liasioning with multiple donor agencies.
• Representing Fiinovation in executing donor meeting and presentations, undertaking field visits etc along with manager concerned as and when required.
• Sharing reports and regular updates with the manager.
• Maintaining confidentiality with respect to the project deliberations and developments.

Experience Required and Eligibility Criteria:

• A minimum of 3-5 Years of relevant experience in resource moblization through Donor agencies
• In-depth knowledge of the development sector, its working process and the methodologies.
• Strong analytical, networking and communication and presentation skills
• Ability to establish contacts, generate new leads and effectively build partnerships
