1. POSITION VACANT:  Senior Manager- Corporate Partnerships, ActionAid Association (AAA), New Delhi, India

ActionAid Association (AAA) is a national organization and an affiliate of ActionAid International federation, a global movement of people working together to further human rights and defeat poverty for all. 3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
AAA would like to recruit a senior relationship manager, to fill the key vacancy for Senior Manager- Corporate Partnerships. Reporting to the Director - Policy & Programmes, s/he shall be responsible for identifying potential corporate institutions and raising funds, as per AAA plans and targets.
The post holder should be familiar with partnership/ business development models adopted by not for profits and have the ability to write and mature large corporate funding proposals.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
(1) Establishing linkages and network and representing AAA to build and strengthen corporate partnerships;
(2) Coordinating and collaborating with various internal departments within AAA such as the Fund Raising Department, Programmes Department, Institutional Partnership Unit and various Regional Offices, to help build corporate partnerships;
(3) Coordinating the submission of proposals to various corporates in collaboration with the Programmes Unit (PU) and Regional Offices;
(4) Ensuring timely reporting to all corporate donors;
(5) Ensuring strict compliance with statutory reporting timelines at the country, regional and international levels; 
(6) Developing communication material to support corporate fund raising; 
(7) As a member of the senior leadership team, participating and representing AAA in different fora, both within and outside the organisation;
(8) Representing the organisation in the Governing Board /General Assembly meetings, sharing updates and plans, as necessary;
(9) Any other task assigned by the Line Manager from time to time, as per organisational requirements.
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications: 
Applicants must have a Master’s Degree in Management/ Marketing/ Social Sciences/ Social Work, or related field.
Experience:
Applicants must possess a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in delivering a range of corporate fundraising products and working with CSR teams, in a non-profit or corporate setting. Experience of strategic planning and business modeling, in a cross-sectoral, multi-disciplinary field, shall be an advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
(1) Excellent leadership ability and team building skills;
(2) Strong communication and representation skills;  
(3) A gender and diversity sensitive co-worker;
(4) Strong conviction and skills for the empowerment of the poor and disadvantaged groups;
(5) Proficiency in all applications of MS Office, especially Word and Excel;
(6) Willing to travel extensively as required for work requirements.
5. COMPENSATION OFFERED:
AAA is a progressive paymaster and endeavors to position itself at par with leading international non-profits working in India. AAA will offer Rs. 9.67 lacs per annum, on a cost to organization basis. 
(Note: The amount includes PF contribution. In addition, there is Group Medical Insurance, with coverage of the post holder and dependents. Personal Accident Insurance and gratuity is payable as per law and norms of the organization.)

7. TENURE & CATEGORY OF EMPLOYMENT:  The successful candidate shall be offered a fixed term, three-year contract. Further extension, if any, will be on the basis of the incumbent’s performance, fund availability and organizational requirement.
