Family Planning Association of India (FPA India)

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: B. Com.

Experience & Skills: 

• 4-5 years experience in the NGO sector will be preferred. 
• Computer skills in MS Office, Word, Excel, Tally. ERP9 version & Internet 

Key core competencies required:

• Should be well versed with working in Tally 
• Able to travel within Mumbai and outstation 
• Planning and timely delivery of work as planned 
• Plans and organizes work to meet individual, team and departmental objectives

Reporting to: Director Finance & Accounts


• Write cash book in Tally system
• Write Bank book in Tally system
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation statement
• Handle cash
• Deposit cheques, demand draft, etc.
• Prepare payroll
• Prepare & review budget aspects
• Interact with Branches/Projects and regular correspondence via email
• Prepare MIS statement of the Branches/Projects (Budget Vs. Actual Income)
• Carry out any other work as instructed by the superiors.

Remuneration: Commensurate with experience and qualification.
