Traidcraft India Company is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist in the Agriculture and/or Textiles sector, to develop and deliver Traidcraft India’s supply chain work building upon its global role at the forefront of fair and ethical trade.  Working with partners in the public, not-for-profit and private sectors, you will lead Traidcraft India to catalyse a movement to transform the lives of small producers in the country.

Traidcraft is the UK’s leading fair trade organization with a mission to fight poverty through trade.  The key elements of our work are to empower small holders and producers to be competitive in the market place by increasing efficiencies in their supply chains and reducing costs. We work closely with the private sector and government to support this change process. Our strategy is to create a pro-poor enabling environment that supports farmers and businesses to make trade fair thereby improving incomes and wellbeing of poor people in a sustainable way.

With proven strong business and management experience, wide networks and external engagement, the Supply Chain Specialist will work with the India team and Traidcraft UK to ensure Traidcraft India remains at the forefront of innovation; an advocate for our vision and impact on poverty.
