The organization primarily through six different practice namely: CSR-CSO partnership, programme design, programme management, impact assessment, and sustainability assessment and reporting.


Job Title: Asst Manager -  Monitoring and Evaluation

Job Summary:
The Asst Manager- Monitoring & Evaluation (ME) will manage the day to day  monitoring and evaluation activities to the Project / Programme requirements programs running on pan-India; including working with program staff, external consultants, implementing partners and key stakeholders.

This is a full-time position based in New Delhi. Reporting to  Manager - Monitoring & Evaluation .

The Ast. Manager - Monitoring and Evaluation  will have the following duties and responsibilities:
  • Execute the activities of the M& E as planned
  • Work on monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures at ground
  • Carry out the study and survey and co-ordinate with the Project Managers / Supervisors
  • Understanding of the key indicators and the objective of the project
  • Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the project output;
  • work on  logical frame work/ RBMF or other monitoring tools;
  • Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results; suggest for corrective measure
  • Provide feedback to Manager- M&E on project strategies and activities;
  • Report the activities of the project to the line manager
  • Provide inputs, information and statistics & MIS report
  • Perform other duties as required;
  • Assist Programme Manager/ Manager- Monitoring & Evaluation in the preparation of reports on the findings and lessons learned from project innovations;
Core Competencies:
  • Planning , coordinates and organises work
  • In-depth knowledge on MIS, M&E and development issues
  • Excellent knowledge of monitoring and the application of methodology:
  • Good understanding of capacity assessment methodologies; excellent ability to identify significant capacity building opportunities;
  • Focuses on result for the client
  • Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities
Required Skills and Experience

Experience:
  • 2-5 years of experience in M & E design and implementation of M&E/MIS in development projects implemented by national/international NGOs/UN bodies/ Government;
  • Experience & Knowledge in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports;
  • Proven ICT skills, especially in the development of MIS software using database software;
  • Expertise in analyzing data using statistical software;
  • Strong training & facilitation skills.
