strategic partners, leaders from the private, public, and NGO sectors, and

Job Description:
The role would entail providing
executive support in a one-on-one working relationship to the Chairman. S/he
serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies
on all matters pertaining to the Office of the Chairman. Must have the ability
to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, and deep understanding of
the strategic priorities of the foundation. Ability to work with leadership/diplomacy
across the globe including heads of countries and international bodies.
Strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. S/he will also be required to handle a wide variety of complex and confidential administrative, secretarial, analytical and research duties with discretion.
Roles & responsibilities:
Understand organisation's strategic priorities and accordingly plan meetings and events for the Chairman with minimum or no supervision required
Directly interact and coordinate with offices of Corporate Heads, polity, foundations and eminent global figures including heads of countries and international bodies on behalf of Chairman and support cultivation of necessary ongoing relationships
Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agenda.
Communicate directly, and on behalf of the Chairman, with internal employees/departments, and others, on matters related to his program and initiatives and be able to make strategic decisions
Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Chairman, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Decision Making and Problem Solving : Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability

Qualification: Graduate
Experience:
Atleast 10 years of relevant experience in supporting C-level executives
Good command over the English language - both spoken and written
Experience of working on MS office, Calendar on various platforms, MS Excel and Social Media web platforms.
