3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
(1) Conducting meetings with as many individual donors as possible to upscale the production and turning primary data to secondary;
(2) Using sales techniques, upselling initiatives and consistently achieving sales targets;
(3) Consistently raising the set target given by the line manager.
(4) Working on tight deadlines through retention data and equally responsible for acquisition of new donors;
(5) Taking up challenges and creating a strong leadership where S/he plays an important role in training new team members;
(6) Developing long term relationships with donors;
(7) Conducting surveys of potential markets for fundraising;
(8) Monitoring the achievements of the fundraising targets and obtaining information on best practices.
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualification:
Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA degree or Diploma
in Business Management/ Social Work;
Experience:
Minimum two years of experience in Fundraising/
Sales/ Marketing. Prior experience of fund-raising for the Development sector
would be added advantage;
Skills and Attributes:
(1) Proven sales abilities with sound target
achievement record, and comfortable with holding and meeting fund raising
goals.
(2) Excellent communication and presentation skills;
(3) Result oriented with a flair for sales and marketing;
(4) Highly performance oriented and ability to work in a team.
(5) Mature, confident and pleasing personality.

5. COMPENSATION OFFERED:
Remuneration will be competitive with Indian NGO
pay scales and will depend upon candidate’s experience levels and the overall WWF-India salary
structure.
