1. POSITION VACANT: Senior Manager- A
Leading Eye Bank, New Delhi (One of the Partner Organizations of SightLife)

The client is a leading eye bank in New Delhi
and a partner of SightLife which is one of the
leading eye banks in the world, and serves as an international non-governmental
organization (INGO) to eliminate corneal blindness.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Manager will lead
the overall performance and growth of the eye bank and promote excellence in
various eye bank functions, to significantly contribute to availability of high
quality corneas for sight restoration via transplants. S/he will drive
transplant growth through various channels and partner
relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
(1) Drive rapid growth in hospital and voluntary
programs to increase corneal transplants in and around Delhi NCR;
(2) Drive adoption of new and innovative channels, enabling technologies and processes to enable eye bank growth;
(3) Create and maintain a healthy pipeline of new partner relations for both hospital and voluntary programs;
(4) Build professional relations with senior management staff and administrative personnel at partner hospitals;
(5) Lead, supervise and monitor eye bank staff performance and identify training needs;
(6) Create and maintain strong surgeon relationships to increase state-wide community distribution of corneas;
(7) Plan and drive awareness programs and events resulting in increased voluntary notifications to eye bank;
(8) Perform other eye bank functions as and when required by Senior Management for benefit of eye bank;
(9) Drive compliance to values, ethics and code of conduct as per guidelines set by eye bank and its external partners.

Performance Expectations:
(1) Achieve and exceed annual transplant goals
defined for the eye bank through eye donation in and around Delhi NCR;
(2) Drive strict adoption of quality protocols in eye banking processes, as per international standards.

Qualification:
The applicant should possess at least a Master’s
Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent qualification with focus
on general management and operations.
Experience:
(1) Minimum 8 years of General Management
experience, preferably with Healthcare organizations;
(2) Experience in Project Management with end-to-end implementation of at least 2 large scale projects in Healthcare domain;
(3) Experience in using MS Office suite of products, and familiarity with hospital administration/supply chain software usage.

(4) Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively;
(5) Proficiency in English and Hindi;
(6) Self-motivated team player with desire and ability to learn rapidly;
(7) Commitment to the cause of cornea donation;
(8) Ability to travel 40% of the time within Delhi/NCR and internationally 10% of the time to attend events and ensuring eye bank success.

5. COMPENSATION OFFERED:
Gross compensation for the position shall be
attractive. The offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with
