Brief on the Organization:
The Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) is working towards building a healthier India. It is helping to address the limited institutional and systems capacity in India by strengthening education and training, advancing research and technology and facilitating policy and practice in the area of Public Health.

PHFI is headquartered in New Delhi with national presence through its constituent units of regional Indian Institutes of Public Health (IIPHs) and Centres of Applied Research in core public health themes. Project Brief: 

The HIV/AIDS Partnership: Impact through Prevention, Private Sector and Evidence-based Programming (PIPPSE) Project will be managed by a Consortium, led by PHFI as the Principal Recipient and, Futures Group, CARE India and Population Services International (PSI), as Sub Recipients. The PIPPSE Project aims to “strengthen the institutional and human capacity in prevention programs and private sector engagement through innovative approaches to contribute to achieving the goal of accelerating the reversal of HIV epidemic at the national and state levels.” The project will achieve its goal through: (1) evidence-informed, demand-driven technical assistance to National AIDS Control Organization (NACO) and State AIDS Control Societies (SACS) in eight focus states (Maharashtra, Odisha, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Goa, Tamil Nadu ,Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh), to improve the quality of Targeted Intervention programs for Most At Risk Populations (MARPs) and Migrants; and to promote private sector engagement in HIV/AIDS programs and services; and (2) Promotion and sustaining innovations and demonstration models to improve the coverage and access of MARPs and Migrants to a continuum of prevention-to-care services.

Deliverables:
• Establish processes and systems including compiling, consolidating, and analysing local epidemiological and program data 
• Ensure timely receipt of program monitoring reports, CMIS/SIMS data, reports and analysis of the same
• Prepare the monthly, quarterly and annual reports of various components of PIPPSE for various stakeholders
• Compilation of QPR/APR for reporting to funding agency 
• Prepare M&E tool kit/Quarterly/semi-annual/annual bulletin of PIPPSE
• Assist M&E lead in developing and operationalizing Management Information System (MIS) of PIPPSE
• Manage all databases and provide information based on ad-hoc queries to PIPPSE team.
• Assist in establishing sound and monitoring system of PIPPSE
• Ensuring adequate feedback to/from beneficiaries on data and analyses
• Support in conducting the need assessments, research and visit the field from time to time.
• Provide data and analyse trends of program in consultation with the M&E lead
• Document effectiveness, impact of PIPPSE project and lessons leraned from M&E perspective
• Any other task assigned by the superiors
• Liaison with all stakeholders at State, District and local level
• Coordinate with stakeholders and other departments for reporting, data analysis, field visits and events
• Support the PIPPSE M&E team in budgeting and preparing annual work-plan
• To support in data analysis, triangulation, coordination of data and capacity building - Cross check and verify with health facilities including TIs for quality checks on data and other documentation
• Develop presentations, provide data for various departments / components
• To organize and maintain database of TI sub-partners including staff & periodically updating
• Prepare and maintain Monthly dashboard sheets - Assist M&EO at Thane, MSACS in undertaking M&E activities / events and documentation
• To support in compiling and draft various reports to be submitted to PIPPSE, USAID- PEPFAR 
• To draft and support in conducting analysis for regular reviews 
• To support documentation and draft annual activity reports for the deaprtment in coordination with PIPPSE team

Qualification: 

Essential

• Prefarabely post graduate in Community Medicines/ Public health/ social sciences/statistics/bio statistics
• High level of computer proficiency – MS Office and other soft ware

Desirable
• Knowledge of public health perspective and HIV/AIDS in particular will be desirable 
• Course/ certificate in Statistics, Bio-stats, analytical software like SPSS, SAS

Experience:
• Experience 8-10 years of experience in handing large data

Annual Salary (CTC) will commensurate with the available skills and fitment of the incumbent as per the selection process.
