Position Title: State Coordinator – Reliance Foundation Information Services Operations
Location: Cochin, Ernakulam
Reporting to: Programme Leader

Position overview:
S/he should develop effective scalable, measurable, cost effective and visibility based programme plan. The plan should implement at ground with the coordination of team members inputs and support. S/he should build the network consists of universities, research institutes, government departments, hospitals, banks, etc. based on needs of target audiences (farmers, fisher folk, livestock, rural youth and women) needs and disseminate advisories and conduct the programmes to address various livelihood and knowledge empowerment aspects. S/he should implement effective Information Communication Technology (ICT) enabled development activities through multi-stakeholder partnership. S/he dynamically provide various inputs and support to multi-disciplinary team to implement the result and responsible based programme.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• To develop effective scalable, measurable, cost effective and visibility programme 
• To build and coordinate result based networking and partnership with knowledge providers (universities, research institutions, government departments, hospitals, banks) and need based target audiences (farmers, fisher folk, livestock breeders, women, rural youth) network
• To provide necessary inputs and seek advisories on to develop season / need based information dissemination plan, monitoring and evaluation plan, technology usage and visibility plan
• To meet knowledge providers and grassroots networks periodically and get their feedbacks to refine the programme implementation strategy
• To conduct partners meetings for getting their inputs for developing the effective programme implementation plan and seeking advice on the theme / social issues to be addressed based on the local context
• To send dynamic measurable and visibility partnership activities reports
• To learn and share the best programme strategies with team members
• To identify programme need based skill vendors to help in the areas of thematic based content, resource persons, dynamic technical supporters, providing dissemination platforms and orient them in the areas of quality, standards and scale
• To meet vendors periodically and providing inputs for emphasizing the expectation of programme
• To sensitize the vendors periodically about the programme expectations and bring uniform understanding between programme and vendor activities 
• To develop and submit monthly accountability meeting reports based on targets, achievements, expenditure pattern, scalable, measureable and visibility reports
• To document the outputs of each programme activities, analyse the effectiveness of programme dissemination modes and effectiveness of information usage

Educational Qualification and Experience
• Post Graduate Degree in Social Work or Development Administration or Extension
• Minimum of 5+ years of Development Sector field experience
• Experience of implementing multi-stakeholder programmes at ground 
• Comfortable with Laptop / Android Mobile / Daily Documentation / Virtual Office Environment
• Equal comfort of working with the grassroots community, government official’s researchers and doctors
• Event / Programme / Exhibition / Mela Planning and Management skills 
• Analytical skill
• Develop indicators for measurement of programme performance

Key Competencies:
• Good Knowledge of State specific vernacular Language and English would be desirable
• Good development issues analytical skill and overcome the problems with solutions
• Ability to be highly organized in order to manage and prioritise workload and take decisions dynamically
• Ability to coordinate and work with multi-stakeholders
• Effective programme management and team building
