Name of the position: Manager / Senior Manager Operations

Summary of the position: Position is responsible for implementing the strategy for growth and expansion in the region. The position is responsible for achieving the Operational targets in a region comprising of several states. The incumbent would be required to manage the P&L size in excess of Rs. 10 Crores/annum and a staff size of more than 100 people. The position also holds administrative responsibility for the Regional Support Staff (Finance, HR, Admin, IT, accounts, MIS and training).
Job responsibilities:
Planning & Monitoring
• Plan and monitor execution of expansion plan in the region
• Monitoring Progress
• Introduce new Courses and run them properly
• Data Analysis and Reports
• Grievance management
Finance & Accounts
• Budget Tracking
• Fund Management
• Training of branch staffs
• Monitor accounting in branches
• Finalizing half yearly audit
Operations
• Income generation, as per business plan targets.
• Responsible to achieve the top and bottom line targets set for the region for the year.
• Responsible for monitoring operating costs for the region.
• Responsible for 100% audit compliance in the region.
Planning & Monitoring
• Plan and monitor execution of processes and systems to improve operational efficiencies in the region.
• Establish systems and processes to track key performance metrics to aid in decision making.
• Track competitive activity and market trends and report to findings to the HO on a regular basis.
• Plan and monitor implementation of new Courses.
• Maintain and enhance retention of clients as per established targets for the region.
Team Management
• Ensure all branches in the region are adequately staffed through timely recruitment and induction training of Local Trainers, sales personnel and other employees including joining formalities and documentation.
• Manage transfers/deputations within the region based on organization policy and staffing needs.
• Anchor performance management process, promotions and development trainings of staff.
• Monitor leave management and payroll process to support Head Office HR Ops.
• Ensure compliance to labour compliance within the region.
Training
• Manage training infrastructure in the region.
• Monitor training in against training plan.
• Anchor capacity building and refresher training for regional staff.
Administration
• Manage branch and RO infrastructure within the region.
• Manage end to end of branch opening including necessary registrations, agreements, bank account opening and asset register maintenance.
Job Specifications
• MBA/MSW in any stream from any recognized university
• Should have worked with Reputed Organization as a Centre Head / Centre Manager for at least 5 years.
• Ready to travel extensively into the Rural Villages.
• Highly performance oriented/ target oriented.
• Excellent team player, with the ability to work in a collaborative and consultative manner
