The post holder has day-to-day responsibility to ensure ensures that all Finance systems are in place that comply with statutory and IRW guidelines and to enable the organisation to effectively focus on the socio-economic and humanitarian needs of vulnerable people. 

The Organisation: Islamic Relief Worldwide (IRW) is a global humanitarian organisation which works in more than 35 countries across the globe. In India since 2005 IRW is partnering with OFFER which was established in 1998, primarily to serve destitute women and children. IRW-OFFER launched its activities in the field of Education, Health, Emergency Relief, Livelihoods, Microfinance and Sustainable Development.

Islamic Relief Worldwide –OFFER in India and has implemented over 20 projects across Gujarat, Bihar, West Bengal, Assam, Uttar Pradesh, and Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. It has offices in New Delhi, Bangalore and Calicut.

Requirements: The successful candidate must be a graduate in commerce with at least 3 to 5 years of experience preferably in the development sector. Preference will be given to candidates with post graduate degree. The candidate should have working knowledge of Tally, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Internet applications. Candidates having experience in Quick books and Microsoft AX will be given advantage. Fluency in English (written and spoken), are essential in addition with local language. The successful candidate must be committed and sympathetic to the principles of Islamic Relief/ OFFER, ability to travel, flexible, patient, dynamic, analytical and sensitive to local culture. The post holder will fulfil his/her roles and responsibilities in accordance with generally accepted humanitarian principles and must display an affinity towards multi-ethnic working environments and diverse beliefs.

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce

Salary: 4.0Lacs to 5.0 Lacs per annum
