International is looking to appoint an exceptional candidate with proven
operations experience for the role of Country
Operations Manager.
Raleigh International is a sustainable development
charity. We challenge and empower young people and communities to deliver
grassroots sustainable development. Our programmes focus on providing access to
safe water and sanitation, protecting vulnerable environments and building
resilient communities. We work in collaboration with volunteers, communities
and local partner organisations. Every year Raleigh works with over a thousand
young volunteers from around the world.
This role is responsible to the
Country Director and its overall
purpose is to work within a Country Management team who represent and deliver
Raleigh International’s interests in country. Raleigh’s aim is to develop a number of long-term country
programmes that deliver sustainable development through young people. The Country Operations Manager will
ensure that all programmes are delivered safely, ensure Raleigh’s operational
policies and procedures are implemented and reviewed, and provide ongoing
support to volunteers.
Salary: £22,750
