Research Assistant - Public Affairs Foundation (Apply by: 30 May 2014)


Public Affairs Foundation (PAF), Bangalore, a premier not-for-profit organization working in the areas of Governance and Accountability across various sectors is looking to fill the following positions at the earliest.

Research Assistant

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in Economics, Political Science, Social work, Sociology, Anthropology, Statistics.


Experience:

One to two years experience in social research including data gathering, analysis, data management, preparing presentations, understanding and use of statistical data validation.

Skills:

Proficiency in applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic skills in SPSS (preferable). Good communications – written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages (Hindi, Tamil, Kannada) preferable.

Compensation: 

Rs.18000 – 25000 per month (CTC), based on qualifications and experience.

Age:
