Human Resources Assistant – Operations

National Team for Accelerating Poverty Reduction (TNP2K)

Jakarta, Indonesia – Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade–Australian Aid funded Poverty Reduction Support Facility (PRSF)

PRSF is a joint facility between Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade–Australian Aid and the Government of Indonesia to improve the quality of policy advice for poverty programs in Indonesia.

GRM International is the Managing Contractor contracted by Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade–Australian Aid to manage the implementation of PRSF.

We are currently looking for a Human Resources Assistant to assist the HR Manager – Operations and the HR Team in general in performing at the operational / administrative level.

Essential Criteria:

1.     Minimum a Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field. Affiliations with relevant professional association are an advantage.
2.     Minimum 3 years of experience at a relevant and same level HR position.
3.     Proven strong compliance to HR management systems and procedures relevant to the main roles and responsibilities of this position.
4.     Proven technical knowledge and skills in areas as described in the ”main duties and responsibilities” of this position.
5.     Successful track record of operating in a similar multicultural and fast paced working environment as well as to and manage team and unit at a management level. Proven ability in handling multiple tasks effectively under heavy time and work pressure.
6.     Proven ability to plan and manage schedules, flies / database and working materials as well as to keep confidentiality of documents and information.
7.     Proven strong attention to details, proactivity and candidness.
8.     Strong interest in development sector and a quick learner. Proven strong service orientation, communication and persuasion skills, and in effectively dealing with clients and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.  
9.     Good level of written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English. Ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office applications.
