Public Affairs Foundation (PAF), Bangalore, a premier not-for-profit organization working in the areas of Governance and Accountability across various sectors is looking to fill the following positions at the earliest.

Research Associate

Education:

Ph. D Preferred. Minimum requirement (with suitable experience): Masters Degree in Economics / Social Sciences / related fields or MBA

Experience:

At least 5 years experience in research, questionnaire design, proposal writing, data analysis, reporting writing and presentation; experience in field training, monitoring and data gathering will be preferred.

Skills:

Survey Research, Questionnaire Design, Sampling, Data Management/Analysis

Excellent skills in English (writing and speaking)

Excellent analytical and communication skills

A high level of computer literacy required, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), SPSS preferred

Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Knowledge of other languages (Hindi, Tamil, Kannada) preferable

Compensation:

CTC Rs. 38 – 45 thousand per month depending on qualifications and experience Age:  The preferred age is 30 – 38 years
