You will motivate, inspire and resource supporters in the North East region to raise more money in Christian Aid Week and beyond as well as encouraging campaign and prayer activities.

You will work closely with churches to help them respond to poverty and will regularly preach and speak during church services. You will act as Regional Coordinator for a defined area with the North East and also support the wider work of the hub. You will work collaboratively with other Legacy and Regional Coordinators across the wider Eastside of England region.

You will have substantial experience of working with and managing volunteers; giving presentations; fundraising and/or events; competent IT skills. You will be comfortable talking about financial issues. You will need a good understanding of international development issues and Christian Aid’s core supporter base in the churches.
