JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting Relationship: IT Manager 

SUMMARY
The position is responsible for closely monitor the IT issues at Area level and resolve them as mentioned below; additionally the job entails coordinating key activities in the ITinternet breakdowns and technical issues on leased line connectivity at Area Offices.
