Support Facility (PRSF)
PRSF is a joint facility between
Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade–Australian Aid and the Government of
Indonesia to improve the quality of policy advice for poverty programs in
Indonesia..
GRM International is the Managing
Contractor contracted by Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade–Australian Aid
to manage the implementation of PRSF.
We are currently looking for a Technical
Assistance Manager to oversee the management, contractual, logistical and
operational support to the PNPM/PSF, MP3KI support staff and Integrated
Referral support staff.
Essential Criteria:
1.
Minimum 5 (five) years of experience
in operational management;
2.
Solid experience in coordinating
work and outputs of a team of consultants; and
3.
Direct experience working for
PNPM/MP3KI in a managerial position will be an advantage.
4.
Planning, budgeting, managing,
procurement, human resource management, administration, logistical
support
5.
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills with the ability to prepare short and concise report and
information materials; and
6.
Excellent time management and
organizing skills.
7.
Proven record of strong stakeholder
relations, with ability to work in sensitive situations, challenging policy
environments, and within GoI institutions/ministries; demonstrated strong
interpersonal skills. He/she should have a proven record of in providing prompt
and quality response to client requests.
8.
He/she should be able to effectively
communicate internally and externally, share information with colleagues,
clients, and management. Excellent presentational and writing skills are
required.
9.
Dedication to work in teams. Able to
work very effectively with a range of government agencies, development partners
(including donors, multilateral agencies and non-government agencies). A strong
record of working across organizational boundaries is required.
10. Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently. Can
handle multiple tasks effectively and coordinate a team to meet deadlines;
ability to manage uncertainty and adjust to a changing work program
11. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia. Strong command in English is an
advantage.
