Location: Barrackpore, Kolkata.
Qualification & Experience:-Graduate/Post graduate & Bachelor
in Education, with not less than 5 years experience as a teacher in an academic
institution. Knowledge of English would be an advantage.

• Updated knowledge relating to modern methods of teaching.
• Management of team of 8 teachers ensuring that the teaching team deliver the required educational targets for the children of Udayan
• Designing and implementing academic and non academic curriculum of the school.
• Capability to introduce effective learning programmes in the school.
• Coordinating with external schools.
• Regularly reviewing the performances of the students.
• Conducting training programmes for the teachers and updating their knowledge.
• Working closely in coordination with the teachers and appraising their performances annually.
• Conducting Knowledge Aptitude Practice Study (KAP Study) with the teachers and bridging the gap to bring forth effective teaching procedures.
• Development of Information Educational Counseling (IEC) materials with the teachers and monitoring its effective use.
• Capability to implement digital learning in the school.
• To monitor and evaluate all education aspects and report back to the Udayan Board on a monthly basis
• To coordinate the development and management of work placements and vocational training for post 16 year old students
• To develop new and existing partnerships with outside agencies to shape and mold the curricula to meet the students needs
