Position Title: Consultant (FIDU- Female Injecting Drug user Study)

BASIC FUNCTION: 

To support the existing FIDU service delivery agencies in improving the implementation of the FIDU program in 7 existing FIDU sites. To support other prospective FIDU sites in starting the implementation of the FIDU program.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in different capacity building, training, hand holding and other different activities as directed 
• Assist in training and capacity building of IDU Organisations on data collection and use for better service delivery
• Coordinate on a day to day basis with identified lead organisation in the North East and service delivery organizations for evidence gathering in different parts of the country
• Make field visits at FIDU implementing sites and other evidence generating sites to monitor progress and maintain quality of evidence gathering /generation
• Support the work of consultants in developing important documents, training modules & implementing guidelines as directed
• Perform other duties related to this assignment as assigned by Project Director, M&E 

Educational Qualifications and Skills Set: 

A background in public health and experience in implementation of public health service delivery programs. Programmatic experience in starting and scaling up of service delivery programs is desirable. Work experience in north east is also desirable.

Compensation: 

Compensation levels at FHI 360 are equivalent to market rates within the development sector. However, offers shall be based on salary history, relevant experience and qualifications.
