Presently the institution reaches to 5 million marginalized rural and urban populations in West Bengal, Jharkhand, Chattisgarh and other Indian states/Union territories.

Candidate profile:

• Preferred Qualifications: - Masters Degree in Social Sciences
• Relevant Experience: 2-3 years of working experience in development sector (preference will be given to the candidate having experience of working as programme in-charge)
• knowledge of computer

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Programme planning and implementation
• Documentation of the programme
• Process Documentation
• Case study and documentation of best practices
• Report writing and submission
• Analysis of project outputs and identifying the gaps
• Writing of concept notes and proposals


Salary: Rs. 16,000/- per month
